PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIE USAGE
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
  1. This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the grapetown.pl website (hereinafter: the "Service").
  2. The administrator of personal data included in the Service is OCX Prim sp. z o.o. based in Zielona Góra, ul. Zimna 1, 65-001 Zielona Góra, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Zielona Góra, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000451975, with share capital of 50,000 PLN, NIP 9291854437 (hereinafter: the "Administrator").
  3. The Administrator operates based on the applicable laws, in particular the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
II. DATA PROCESSING PRINCIPLES
  1. The Administrator exercises particular care to protect the interests of the persons to whom the data relates, in particular ensuring that personal data are:
a) processed lawfully,
b) collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
c) substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
d) stored in a form enabling identification of the persons to whom they relate no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
  1. Personal data are processed based on consent given by the users of the Service and in cases where applicable law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data.
  2. The Administrator processes personal data provided voluntarily by users of the Service solely for the purpose of:
a) responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form,
b) accepting reservations through the online booking system,
c) performing services provided by the Administrator based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
d) marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address, if the user has given consent by selecting the appropriate checkbox during the booking or inquiry process,
e) pursuing the legitimate interest of the Administrator under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, in particular regarding debt collection and video surveillance on the premises.

Recipients of personal data may include authorities, institutions, and entities authorized pursuant to legal regulations, as well as entities providing services to the Administrator, in particular entities providing legal, IT, marketing, accounting services, and other entities involved in fulfilling the ordered service.
  2. The Administrator may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and offer customization.
III. USER RIGHTS
  1. The user has the right to access their data, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing, and object to the processing of personal data.
  2. The user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  3. To exercise their rights, the user should contact the Administrator at the email address: bok@grapetown.pl.
  4. The user has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
IV. COOKIES
  1. The Administrator collects information about users and their behavior through voluntary data entry in forms and by collecting cookies.
  2. During the first visit to the grapetown.pl website, the user is informed about the use of cookies. Remaining on the site without changing browser settings means consent to their use.

  2. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy due to technological development, changes in law, or Service development. Users will be informed of any changes clearly and understandably.
